Meet The Chef

Chef Miguel's culinary journey began early in his childhood, being raised in both his grandmother's kitchens and experiencing the joy of sharing food specially during the holiday season ignited a passion for traditional cooking and building flavor profiles. Under the tutelage of some of San Diego's greatest chefs, traveling across Europe, South America and all throughout Mexico, Chef Miguel has been able to build an extensive repertoire of dishes from multiple cuisines. After a decade of working in the restaurant industry, He decided to study culinary arts formally at the Culinary Art School in Tijuana, Mexico.
